The Alliance Brass is hailed as “the perfect blend of virtuosity and vitality” by the 2013 Chicago Brass Festival. Dazzling audiences with a repertoire ranging from the early Renaissance to jazz and beyond, the Alliance Brass Quintet “has the ability to engage audiences both with excitement and insight about the instruments they play, offering a fascinating and rich musical performance.” (Ravinia Festival) The ensemble’s members have performed around the globe and shared the stage with some of the finest orchestras, including Cleveland and the Chicago Symphony. The members are dedicated to education, and teach or have taught at the Boston University’s Tanglewood Institute, DePaul University, and the Institute at Round Top.
